On Friday 11th/Saturday 12th November, The 4th Lechdale Conference, which is a UKIP think-tank group will be held in Lechdale, near Gloucester
It is known that at least 40-60 people will be attending this meeting.

Excellent idea.We need similar groups all around Britain,i know that sounds bl****** obvious.
i was gutted the conference rejected PR our only hope for mp's at westminster; and balances the power from our mep's to the 'footsoldiers'ie US, WITHOUT WHOM THERE WOULDN'T BE A ukip.OTHER EXCELLENT POLICIES LIKE EXPORTING ARMS TO UNSTABLE COUNTRIES WAS PASSED.AS WAS FLAT TAX,however it still takes too long for good ideas to be ukip policy eg establishment parties nick our policy of flat tax.
ps that should be NOT EXPORTING ARMAMENTS TO UNSTABLE REGIMES,IRAN,N.KOREA,IRAQ,EU ETC

UKIP is a strange mixture of liberals, conservatives, racial realists, anti-'racists', libertarians, paleoconservatives, capitalists, socialists, and just about every other political persuasion there is.
If UKIP ever tries to become more than a single issue party, it will split. There's no doubt about that.
There are some UKIP members who would be better off in the BNP, and there are some who would join the Lib Dems if they ever went anti-EU. Most UKIP members want the party to become more than a single issue party, but cannot agree on where the party should go - to the 'left' or 'right'.
