Will UKIP benefit if Cameron becomes Leader of the Tories
As we know the Tory leadership is down to David Cameron and David Davis.
Cameron is pro-EU, while Davis is eurosceptic.
If the Conservatives (Tories) elect Cameron as their leader in December, then I am sure a lot of the eurosceptic Tories will defect to UKIP,which will help UKIP.

No, I don't think that UKIP would benefit all that much (if at all). Cameron is no more pro-EU than Howard.
