Short report on Lechlade London

I arrived at 11.55am, where I was greeted by Gerrard Batten MEP, and then I had a conservation with some UKIP members on the UK and EU Constitution.
Then at 12.10pm, Several Speakers including Batten and David Lamb, David Campbell-Bannerman and Linda Guest spoke on how to make UKIP stronger, then after that it was open discussion, where various people around the room had things to say on UKIP, including myself, which I said I was one of the few students who was an OPEN UKIP supporter and I told the audience, that I would try and open a UKIP Society at university, which alot of the People at the meeting liked and several people gave me their contact details.
Afterwards I talked to Delroy Young, One of the candidates for UKIP NEC and several other members before leaving around 3pm.

100,000 fewer Whites in Britain in 2003, than in 2001

In the Metro Paper UK today (27th Jan 2006),According to the Official National Statitics there were a decrease of 100,000 whites in the UK from 52.9 million in 2001, to 52.8 million in 2003, while the ethnic population increased from 6.6 million in 2001 to 7.1 million in 2003.

London has the highest percentage of ethnics at 40.7%.

This is alarming, and within 50-60 years, whites could be the minority in Britain.

Seems Birmingam university have frozen the bank account of a student Christian organization.
"Students ban Chrsitians in row over Gays" is the banner.

I wonder if the same would apply if an Islamic Group was homophobic.

UKIP to stand in Dunfermline & West Fife By-Election

Looks like UKIP are planning to stand in this by-election on the 9th February 2006, as originally UKIP werent intending to stand, but The UKIP think-tank Lechlade Group, persuaded the UKIP NEC for a UKIP Candidate to stand.

In the 2005 General Election, UKIP got 1.5% of the vote in this seat, hopefully, UKIP will do better in a few weeks time.

Lechlade On Tour #2 - LONDON Calling. (UPDATE)

Several UKIP Activists are planning a Lechlade event on Saturday 28th January 2006 in London.
